RETURN PROCEDURE

For damaged goods:

  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or our contact page, providing order details.

  • Damaged items will be exchanged if feasible; otherwise, a return process will be initiated.

  • Pre-shipment verification is in place to meet quality expectations.

For wrong packages:

DOMESTIC (INDIA ONLY) & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
